Building on the success of the EasyA Consensus 2024 Hackathon, which featured 700+ developers and awarded more than $400K in prizes, Consensus partnered with EasyA again to host a two-day, in-person hackathon for top developers building the future of Web3.

What Is the EasyA Consensus Hackathon?
Hosted at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center during Consensus, the EasyA Consensus Hackathon offers the chance to build the future of Web3 with hundreds of top developers, while gaining exposure as you pitch to leading investors, blockchain founders and business leaders.
Finalists will present their projects onstage at Consensus in front of industry leaders and VCs eager to invest. Past winners raised from top VCs and secured coveted ecosystem grants, with some projects now valued at over $2.5 billion, including backing from a16z, YC, Founders Fund and many others.

Application Criteria

We welcome developers and builders of all levels, but we prioritize those with project experience or a professional background in engineering.
Eligibility for Hackathon:- Active Github Repository
- Currently employed in a product or engineering role
- Students interested in building crypto and blockchain-based projects
- Links to past projects or past hackathon participation

Application approvals will be granted on a rolling basis. Priority will be given to those who apply before January 10, 2025. We anticipate reaching capacity, so we strongly encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible
Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email prompting you to register your complimentary Developer Pass to Consensus which grants you full access to the event and exclusive access to the EasyA Consensus Hackathon area.
Approved applicants will receive an email to register for their complimentary Developer Pass in order to participate in the EasyA Consensus Hackathon onsite at Consensus on February 18-20, 2025 in Hong Kong. Approved applicants must register within 30 days of approval. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information.
For developers participating in the EasyA Consensus Hackathon, badges can be picked up at the main registration area on the 3rd floor of the HKCEC. The hackathon will take place on the 2nd floor, where a dedicated space will be available for participants to work on their projects. Complimentary food and drinks will be provided throughout the event.
