The Women in Blockchain Alliance (WIBA) is a platform dedicated to empowering women in the
Web3 ecosystem by fostering connections, knowledge-sharing, and opportunities for
leadership.
What We Do
• Build Connections: We connect women with experts and pioneers in blockchain and
Web3 to build lasting networks.
• Support Transitions: We guide women transitioning from Web2 to Web3 and help them
explore diverse areas within Web3.
• Host Events: Through collaborations with Web2 and Web3 alliances, we organize
events, hackathons, and meetups with a pledge of at least 30% women’s participants or
involvement, to strengthen women’s presence in the industry.
• Showcase Talent: We advocate for women by creating platforms for them to share their
insights, whether through speaking opportunities at major conferences or other
initiatives.
