Tim Ying is the Chief Executive Officer of Octopus Holdings, Hong Kong’s OG or original fintech company. Under his leadership, Octopus focuses on delivering exceptional last-mile user experiences to its extensive customer base, which not only includes most residents and visitors to Hong Kong, but also transit operators and merchants in the city and across multiple continents.

Tim brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including General Manager of Digital Experience at Cathay Pacific Airways, where he enhanced digital interactions across various sectors. He also held key positions at HSBC, culminating as Chief Product Officer of PayMe. Additionally, Tim co-founded one of Southeast Asia's first central bank-licensed digital asset exchanges.
