Sean’s career spans a range of leadership roles, including his tenure as Chief Investment Officer at Prime Meridian Capital Management, a private credit manager focused on the FinTech sector that won Hedgeweek's Multi-

Strategy Credit Hedge Fund US Award in 2022 and 2023. He also served as Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, as a Trustee for the City of San Jose Pension Plan and as a Sr. Advisor to the San Francisco Employees Retirement System. Sean has been recognized globally, including being named to Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s Power 100 list of influential institutional investors.

Sean’s expertise extends to hedge funds, where he was a Principal at Global Fixed Income Partners and a Senior Corporate Bond Trader at Bradford & Marzec. Beginning his career on the trading floors of the Chicago Board of Trade, Sean has built a reputation for managing complex portfolios across diverse asset classes.

An early advocate for Bitcoin, Sean has been instrumental in promoting its adoption within the institutional finance sector. At Blockstream, he is leading the development of financial products that bridge traditional finance and the Bitcoin ecosystem, leveraging advanced technology like the Liquid Network and Blockstream’s Asset Management Platform.
