Dr. Richard Liu is a serial entrepreneur and Silicon Valley tech executive. He co-founded Leap.ai, which was acquired by Facebook, and served as CTO of Earnin. At Google, he launched multiple impactful initiatives, including Google Fi, as an Engineering Director and serial intrapreneur.

Currently, he is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Huma Finance, the first PayFi network, which provides on-chain liquidity solutions for various payment financing scenarios. Huma has facilitated over $2.8 billion in on-chain transactions, establishing it as one of the most successful real-world applications of stablecoins.
