Mark Mi is the Head of Partner Development, VC & Investor Relations at NEAR Foundation, a non-profit focused on increasing the adoption and development of the NEAR Protocol and its ecosystem. NEAR Protocol is a fully sharded blockchain with more than 30 million monthly active users. Performant, scalable, and secure, NEAR is the blockchain for AI, powering the user-owned internet.

As part of his role, he oversees partnerships and investments. Prior to joining NEAR Foundation, Mark led a variety of teams including BD of a gaming metaverse and a family office fund in Asia. He started his career as a consultant at Ernst & Young and is an UC Berkeley Haas alum.
