Born in Argentina, Sebastian is one of Latin America's most renowned blockchain entrepreneurs and tech innovators. Sebastian founded Ripio in 2013, offering LatAm's first Bitcoin payment gateway and then building their own crypto app and eventually infrastructure services for companies and institutions. Ripio is now the leading crypto company in the region, supporting +20M users and +2k companies through their B2C and B2B business units, serving Mercado Libre, Itaú and Coinbase among other top brands. Since 2022, he's also a member of Endeavor, the largest community of high-impact entrepreneurs in LatAm. Describing himself as an "full-time nerd", Sebastian begun exploring computer programming at seven years old and later held a Bachelor's degree and MBA as a Programmer Analyst from the National University of his hometown. Before delving into Bitcoin in 2012, Sebastian founded a software development company that builds web and mobile applications for many high-profile tech companies in the US and South America.
