Jai Massari is co-founder and Chief Legal Officer of Lightspark. Lightspark is building core infrastructure on the Lightning Network. In her last role, she was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. She led the firm's fintech and cryptocurrency practice, advising global financial institutions, fintech firms, technology companies, and trade associations on complex and novel regulatory considerations arising from digital assets and fintech payments. She holds a JD from Duke University School of Law, a BA in Chemistry from Cornell University, and is a visiting lecturer at Berkeley Law School, University of California.
