Joseph Baek

Joseph Baek is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background, including strategy development and M&A advisory at Bain & Company.

A Korea University graduate in Business Administration, he has founded startups across various industries and served as a C-level executive in venture capital and private equity portfolio companies.
Before co-founding Modhaus with Jaden Jung in December 2021, Joseph was the head of business for Playlist, a subsidiary of Naver, where he gained indirect experience in the entertainment industry.

At Modhaus, he leads business, investment, and platform development, driving the company's success in the digital media and entertainment sectors.
