Ms. Jomkwan serves as the Deputy Secretary-General at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Thailand. In this capacity, she oversees the financial innovation and digital technology functions of the SEC, with a focus on shaping policies for digital assets and financial innovation, as well as supervising digital asset business operators in Thailand. 

Previously, Ms. Jomkwan was instrumental in leading the Fund Raising Supervision as Assistant Secretary-General, following her tenure as Director of the Investment Management Policy Department. Before joining the SEC, she gained valuable experience as a Mutual Fund Supervisor at Citibank, N.A. Bangkok. 

Ms. Jomkwan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasat University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University. She has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2000 and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) since 2011, maintaining both designations.
