Isabel Shi is the CEO and Co-founder of Bitrace, a Regtech company in Hong Kong that provides compliance and investigative tools for regulators, law enforcement, and Web3 enterprises. Using AI and big data, Bitrace enables precise detection of crypto risks and crimes.

Isabel has over five years of expertise in crypto compliance and enforcement. She has delivered multiple training sessions on cryptocurrency regulation and investigations and has served as an expert witness in several high-profile cryptocurrency cases.

Before founding Bitrace, Isabel held senior roles at a leading crypto firm and a publicly listed company. She began her career in investment banking at Société Générale.
