Dominic is focused on developing and delivering on the Digital Asset Strategy for Hong Kong, as well as helping to drive Standard Chartered’s Fintech 2025 strategy.  Dominic most recently led the Hong Kong SC Ventures team, Standard Chartered’s group responsible for promoting innovation, investing in disruptive financial technology, and exploring alternative business models. Prior to his role in Hong Kong, he founded the UK SC Ventures team and acted as the subject matter expert for financial markets related Fintech.  


He joined Standard Chartered in September 2009 through the Management Associates program. He has held a number of front office markets roles, as well as treasury and business management roles at Standard Chartered and JPMorgan in New York. Dominic started his career as a lawyer in Silicon Valley working with start-ups and investors, as well as public technology companies. He has also worked with early-stage start-ups looking for business model development and funding.
