Dick has over 23 years of experience in the structuring, trading and risk management of derivatives products. He was previously Head of Equity Structured Products at Daiwa Capital Markets and Head of Single Stock Exotics Trading at Deutsche Bank.
Dick founded TDX Strategies in 2019, an institutional-grade derivatives and structured products platform which combines quantitative expertise with blockchain technology to offer tailored investment strategies to meet the growing demands of the digital asset market.
